The Brief

The client approached us facing a multifaceted challenge: their online presence lacked coherence and impact. Their VPS management was inefficient, resulting in frequent downtime and security vulnerabilities. Additionally, their website lacked user engagement and failed to reflect their brand identity effectively. Compounding these issues, their branding was inconsistent across platforms, diluting their message and hindering their ability to connect with their target audience. In essence, they lacked a unified strategy to leverage their online presence effectively, impeding their growth and success in the digital landscape.

SoundRight's branding journey is a symphony of coherence, where every note from the name to the logo composition sings in perfect harmony. The brand's moniker, "SoundRight," encapsulates a commitment to auditory excellence, a promise that extends seamlessly into the visual realm with a logo featuring a headphone and intersecting airwaves, symbolizing both technological prowess and a transcendent auditory experience. This meticulous attention to detail extends into their social media marketing efforts, where each post and interaction serves not just as promotion, but as a conduit for building a community united by a passion for exceptional sound.

In redefining SoundRight's social media branding, we embraced a vibrant and playful approach that set them apart. After assessing their existing channels, we crafted a strategy aligned with their brand identity, focusing on engaging messaging and visuals. By curating dynamic content and closely monitoring performance, we fostered a strong online community and enhanced brand visibility, ultimately ensuring SoundRight's distinct presence in the digital landscape.

In managing the Virtual Private Server for our client, we set up a strong infrastructure using Cloudflare, Nginx, PM2, Node.js, and AzuraCast. We integrated Cloudflare for improved website performance and security. Nginx was employed as our web server for efficient handling of HTTP requests, while PM2 managed Node.js applications, ensuring smooth operation with automatic restarts and monitoring. Additionally, we implemented AzuraCast to manage and broadcast online radio stations, meeting our client's specific requirements. Through careful configuration and maintenance, we provided a reliable hosting environment to support their digital operations.

In our comprehensive branding strategy, we also focused on audio imaging to reinforce SoundRight's identity. By crafting distinctive sonic elements such as jingles, sound effects, and voiceovers, we enriched their brand experience across various touchpoints. These audio elements were carefully designed to resonate with their target audience, enhancing brand recognition and recall. Through cohesive audio imaging, we ensured that SoundRight's identity was not only seen but also heard, leaving a lasting impression on their audience and setting them apart in the competitive market.

In our web design approach for SoundRight, we integrated key features tailored to their audio-centric platform. This included an easy-to-use audio player, linked directly to their website for seamless listening. We utilised Canvas.js for dynamic audio visualisations, enhancing user engagement with captivating visuals. Additionally, we connected their website to their radio CMS, allowing for smooth management and broadcasting of radio stations. Moreover, we included dynamic content capabilities for real-time updates and personalised experiences for their audience. Through these elements, we prioritised functionality and elevated the user experience, reflecting SoundRight's commitment to excellence in audio delivery.

Radio Imaging

We provided audio branding for general, seasonal and event use. In particular, we spent time creating their New Year countdown and a DEC Humanitarian appeal campaign. Vylix provided everything from script writing and communication with the Voice-over artist to the final export.
